well i have fine but extremely curly hair, it is q damaged from all the swimming and dying so would like to have minimal damage whilst straightening. i usually have static so an anti static ion charge would be good aswell as high temps. i am looking to spend up to 50 on a good pair, found patrick cameron ones for 鎷?6.99 in sale online and wondered if they were any good to purchase, or if there are any problems with them and if i should buy others. i am from the uk so we dont have as many top performance ones as in the usa! please dont tell me to use a permanent solution as i dont want it permanently straight. thanks, help much appreciated :)

Never heard of Patrick Cameron. Personally, I would buy GHD's as they will make your curly hair sleek and straight. They may be more than you were looking to spend, but they are worth every penny!! Wear a swimming hat to protect your hair from the clorhine and invest in some good products to give your hair moisture. Use a heat protector spray before straightening.

ive heard CHI straightners are good but i wouldnt go past GHD straightners iv been using them for years. i dye my hair regulary which makes it kind of frizzy but GHDs take control of it also gets that static under control. they cost around 鎷?0 from most hair salons cheaper than the CHI ones. hope my answer helps
