Hair straightening to thin hair...?

I have extremely thick hair and get It thinned every month but it doesn't seem to do much difference (still very thick and heavy). Will using a hair straightener make my hair finer and appear less thick? Any other ways to thin hair?

Your hair may feel a little thinner if you use a straightener. Not sure why you'd want thin hair but don't use conditioner...it helps strengthen hair.

I have very curly,course hair.And when I straighten it it does make it thinner and more fine...But everyones hair is different.You could try it once to see if you like it
