What is better? a chi straightener or a sedu straightener? what gets hotter and lasts longer?

k, for christmas, my mom said that she would buy me a good straightener, and i wanted to make sure that its a good one. i want one that is top of the line, best seller, whatever gets veerrryyy hot, quickly heats up, is very durable, (lasts long) and maybe having a maximum price of 150dollars. I searched up "best hair straightener" and i got SEDU as a "best seller". it's 72 watts, and i think i gets as hot as 180-200 degrees. i dont know about a CHI but my cousin is a hair dresser and she has a CHI and she says its reeaally good, but i was wodnering if theyre is something even BETTER than a CHI, please put in links to websites that you may have looked at to answer this question!! thanks soo much! maybe hairstylists can help me with this too!! thanks a bunch! xox

I tried the chi and honestly its not that good, if you go to folica.com the sedu had thousands of reviews and is rated higher than the chi, the chi burnt my hair and i didnt have it hot im think im gonna buy the sedu for Christmas to. but yeah folica has pictures also showing you peoples results.

Why do you want to know what gets hotter? you are supposed to have it on medium heat anyways. If its too hott it weakens and damages your hair. I have a chi.

I am obsessed with my Chi straightener. It gets extremely hot in seconds. I've never been happier with a straightener. And i believe they are around $115.

Merry Christmas!
