For all you hair stylists out there!?

I need a really good hair straightener, that will get hot very quickly, and that will make my slightly wavy hair STRAIGHT! I want a nice hair straightener, and price doesn't really matter as long as it's under $150.00 I know every hair straightener can damage your hair, but I want a hair straightener that won't damage it too much and that won't burn my hair or make it smell burnt! Have any ideas of a really great appliance? ThAnkS! :)

Chi which is what I use it is @80.00, make sure you use a heat protectant. Ceramic flat irons are good also.
