Hair Straightner?

lol, i spelled it wrong, ok well im looking 4 a hair straightener, and i dont know what kinda 2 get, im lookin for one that can control the heat, with like levels, and possibly under $30, if possible lol. Whats the best one that has at least those 2 featureS???

Here's the deal: if hair is made to withstand only a certain amount of heat at a time. If you buy a higher quality flat iron, it heats up real quick and after you straighten the heat goes away and you're good.

But, if you buy those cheap irons, you're there on 4 hours trying to straighten 1 piece of hair that will *surprise* burn.I recommend a sedu or a chi. they're pricey, but they work

whateva one u buy make sure its got a brand name wid some reputation atleast cause these straightners can get really harmful to the hair if not the rite types.

your not going to get a good hair straighter for under $30.00 , well not one that will last you long. save up and get something good, I spent $100.00 on a muster hair straightner and its still going strong after 4 years

You can use it on soaking wet hair. looks really good.

i got mine for about 25 but they go even cheaper.

for the levels. basically it's like 3 different level of heat settings

there's blue (for dry hair) purple (damp) and red(wet)

and in those colors, there's other heat settings.

if you feel like spending $100 ish.. get a chi... they are amazing.. i will never have to buy another straightener again!!

Gurlie, try revlon. They are pretty cheap at wal-mart and they work just as good as the professional ones.

Go to the place where you get your hair done look for a strainer (if the do cost a lot there usually the better ones) and look for something at the salon called straighting balm.
