like i'll take a shower, blowdry my hair, and go to sleep with it decently straight. and by the time i wake up, it's flipped all over the place. %26gt;.%26lt;

and i don't have a hair straightener so i can't just straighten it.

so how do i keep my hair straight when i sleep?!

You really can't do much about it, since your hair only gets crazy when you sleep on it and sleeping on your hair's unavoidable.

I'd consider buying a straightener and just using it in the morning to go over what you did the night before.

thats kinda impossible since you dont have a straighner wake up earlier and take your shower then and straighten but what i suggessed you go out and buy a straightner mine is infiniti by conair and gets up to like about 400 degrees and is only like $40!!!!

you should dry it and make shure that is completely dry. and then braid it. if you are just sleeping and your hairs not wet, it will not get wavy it will keep it straight.

I got the same prob. But this is what i do, after you get out of the shower you shouldn't brush your hair when it is wet because that is when it is the weakest and comes out the eaysest.

1.Get out of shower

2.Jerk your hair back and forth to get you hair seperate

3.Wait till your hair is damp(more to the dry side)

4.Brush it(The best brush is with a bristle brush)

Then let it dry completely

5.Brush it into a high pont tail.

6.Then sleep.

7.Then when you take it down youbrush it again(it might be a lil poofy)

8.Add a bit of water to it brush it and your done.

The first thing you need to do is get a straightner.

I use the Remington Wet 2 Straight straightner ($26). Ill take a shower at night, straighten it while its wet, and when i get up in the morning its still pretty straight. I just go over it quick to fix spots.

But without a straightner theres really nothing you can do.
