GHD's - hair straighteners?

If GHD hair straightners are sooo expensive and there are others 'just as good' , then why does everyone have them? it's my bday 2morrow, and mi dad says that if i want straightners, then i have 2 do some research...

Just get one at Target. Don't be stupid yo. Who researches HAIR STRAIGHTENERS!?!

I have owned 3 pairs of straighteners, one I can't remember the make of, one babylis set and my current GHDs - none of the others has been as good as the GHD, it manages to keep my very curly fringe straight all day and sometimes overnight too. The other sets just didn't give the same hold.

a chi is really good, better than GHD it heats up in 15 seconds.

they are not just as good they are better. i have a pair of remmington hair straighteners and they are pathetic in comparison plus they heat up real quick and the heat is variable. its worth the money. think you'll probably end up replacing the cheap ones sooner then if you had a pair of ghds and the warrenty is good too.

They are the best i'm afraid... Other, less expensive straighteners do give an instantly straight effect, but two minutes after you've gone over it, it's out of shape! They may be a little over priced, but for the performance and shelf life- i've had mine for over two years now (still going strong)!! It's got 2 b GHD's...

I don't understand the straightener thing. I go to the salon and they use a Chi on it...I wash my hair later and use my Revlon Wet2Straight and it looks the same...I have curly frizzy hair and my hair stays straight for 2 days. My friend has natural spiral curls and her's stays straight with the same Revlon iron that I have. Whatever, if you think an iron is better cause you dropped $100 on it and it's the in-brand-have at it.

GHDs are so badly made in my opinion, the heating pads are flimsy and are not worth the money

I've got t3 straighteners and they're really good. they're around the same price as ghd's. i used to have kodo straighteners but my hair used to get frizzy within a few hours but with t3 my hair stays straight all day.

Hi there, GHDs are the best, I have used all different hair straightners and these are the best, the hair stays straight all day!

GHD's - hair straighteners?

although GHD's are really good, they are not worth the price when you can get others just as good.

I would reccomend Remington Gold Straight in a Stroke straighteners because they are really good and a great price at about 鎷?0 perhaps less! I got a pair for xmas and they are better than the GHD's i had previously as it means exactly what the title is!

Don't be fooled into thinking the more expensive- the better they are, because trust me, they are not! GHD's overheat and blow fuses quite often and they start to smell after a while and are really damaging to your hair when they burnt and make it go crispy when you have put serum or another treatment on your hair!

ghd's are good.. they are ready in minutes, they are hot, easy to use, slim so you can get the toughest bit of hair. i think they deserve 10 out of 10 and would recommend anyone to get them
