A safe way to straighten hair?

i have really curly and frizzzy hair. is there a way taht i can get it pin straight without getting split ends. i use spray and it doesnt work. i have a wet to straight hair straightener. i dont want the chi cus it cost too much soo dont recomend that.

theres technically no "safe" heat, but heat protectant helps loads with preventing split ends. it also helps keep down frizz. also if you do a thorough job the first time you'll avoid doing frequent touch-ups that can actually fry your hair. also antifrizz products help to maintain/make hair appear straighter.

A lot of anti frizz helps from the salons. Ask your hairstylist what would work best. Then just section off hair and dry with round brush. The only other option would be the chi if that doesn't work :)
