Damaged Hair..?

I use a hair straightener every day, because i have natural wavy/ curly hair, and its really ugly. It takes me 2 hours every other day to straighten..

i've been doing this for a few years now, and i have tons of split ends and really damaged hair.

i really dont want to cut it short, because it is sort of long.

is that the only option or is there some way to restore my damaged hair?

thanks.

Damaged Hair..?

I have very long hair that lost some of its condition from using permanent hair dyes. I've tried all sorts of conditioners from boots etc until I popped into a salon in London for some advice. He recommended Wella System Professional Power Mask. It can only be purchased through salons but you can order it on line and also on ebay. After a couple of weeks it had made a huge difference to my hair, it was much silkier and tangle free. Besides that I'd recommend using a heat protection spray before using your straighteners and regular trims to keep the split ends at bay. Hope that helps.
