ive burnt my hair whilst trying to curl it. ive burnt the area near to my partin, so i cant cut it out or do anything. can anyone tell me what to do?

this JUST happend to my friend. try buying a deep conditioner and trying that. see if it helps. that will probably make it a little better. then make a hair appointment with a professional, they should be able to help you further fix it. hope that helps! also, dont use your flatiron on that spot for a while, it will only make it worse!

Plenty of conditioner I would think! when I was younger I used to beat up an egg yoke with a bit of oil and use as a conditioner rinse off in cool water first then shampoo as normal. p.s. leave it on for a while to give it chance to work. Good Luck.

well you may not want to and think you cant but i would get a really short haircut. if you want edgy go for jael (ANTM cycle 8) or AJ (ANTM cycle 7) or if you want it softer go with mia farrow (rosemary's baby). that or wear a hat for a very long time. you could also ask a hair stylist for help.

First of, get a BETTER hair straighter, like a GHD, Chi Chi, or VS SASSOON, which offer heat settings for your hair texture.

example: You wouldn't use temperatures of 20+ celcius on fine hair, it would burn. Go wash your hair with some deep conditioner. And next time, use a heat serum.

get some products that are made for damaged hair. a great line to use would be joico they have great repairing conditioners. this line is sold in salons but u maye be able find something in the regular stores if your dont want to spend the money. lines like pantene and whatnot carry reparitive products too. good luck!

Ask a hairdresser. Don't attempt anything without proper advice from someone who really knows. I'm afraid to say that once you've damaged hair it really won't ever be the same until it grows out, but there are treatments you can buy to improve hair disasters! All you need to do now is ask.

**Oh and I'm sure you realise this but don't use any heat stylers on it until you've sorted it out. Use a combination of heat protection next time, a lower heat setting or less time with the styler in contact with the hair.
