My hair is too heavy?

my hair is thick and really heavy...no matter what i use to style with, my bangs fall to the sides when i spike em up..i was wondering, besides getting my hair thinned and texturized, would using a hair straightener make my hair less heavy?

My hair is too heavy?

no hair straightners don't make ur hair thinner or less heavy they just flaten the frizz the best thing to do is to cuz it... go to ur stylist for further advice.. good luck

My hair is too heavy?

Go to your stylist and tell them you want layers so your hair won't be so chunky/thick.

My hair is too heavy?

the best way is to cut your hair or bald...lol

My hair is too heavy?

cutting it will make it less heavy

My hair is too heavy?

you should give straightening a try... it definitly makes my hair thinner... go for it!

My hair is too heavy?

Ask your stylist for a razor cut. Instead of scissors, they use a blade to cut your hair and it takes a LOT of the bulk out and makes it look nice. It is GREAT if you like to spike your hair.

A straightener will just make it look thinner~ but you could try it!

I have the same problem.

I have thick straight hair.

I get a body perm and it lifts the hair from the scalp!

This is good for three ar four months.

My hair is too heavy?

cut ur hair with more layers.

My hair is too heavy?

Try layers and have you ever used the straightener,

CHI, it straightens great and also leaves your hair

shinny.

You can buy at any salon. ($100)

using straightners will make your hair more heavy due to using the product. All the straightner does is put a product on the hair to make the follicles lay flat. The only way to loose the havyness is to have it cut. This doesnt mean loosing length but layering the hair.
